八宝饭
八宝饭,在春节的餐桌上必不可少,以前吃上一盅八宝饭,觉得是件特别幸福的事,我最喜欢的就是挖掉里面的那一小块豆沙,现在自己也会做八宝饭了,当然要馅多料足,一定要满满的豆沙,用糯到黏嘴唇的糯米,来款待亲人和朋友。

    Steps to make 八宝饭

    • 1.糯米清水里浸泡一夜。
    • 2.第二天隔水蒸糯米饭,用筷子戳进去能感觉到软了,就是熟了。
    • 3.舀上2勺猪油、撒上白糖,将米饭拌匀。
    • 4.碗里按造型摆入红枣,葡萄干、松仁、瓜子仁、枸杞等果仁
    • 5.先在碗里铺一层糯米饭,然后挤入红豆沙,红豆沙尽量往中间挤,以免面积太大漏到米饭外面,挤好豆沙后,用糯米粉一点点垒起来,盖住豆沙,压紧压实。
    • 6.最后倒扣在盘子里,晃一下碗,八宝饭就会脱落下来,可以冷藏冷冻保存,吃的时候一蒸就可以宴客啦。
