Steps to make 燕麦红薯山药饼

  • 1.准备、把红薯、山药上锅蒸熟。
  • 2.把燕麦用鲜开水(刚刚烧开的)调至软无干颗粒、调之至透熟、不能太稀。
  • 3.蒸熟的红薯压成泥。
  • 4.加入调好的燕麦片拌匀。
  • 5.加入适量糯米粉。
  • 6.揉至光滑面团、不粘手。
  • 7.蒸熟的山药加奶粉压成泥。
  • 8.就这样吧。
  • 9.面团搓成长条、切成大小均匀的段。
  • 10.取一段、搓圆按扁包上山药馅。
  • 11.收口压成饼形。
  • 12.立起来、滚一圈、保证边缘光滑。
  • 13.放入电饼铛中。
  • 14.烙至两面金黄即可。
