芋圆 —— 健康美味,吃起来Q感十足
芋圆是一道著名的福建和台湾地区的传统甜点,煮熟的芋圆可和在冰糖水里食用,冬天时也有热食的吃法。在台湾和福建地区,许多甜点如豆花、刨冰,均可加点芋圆和地瓜圆覆盖其上一起食用。

  • 糖粉40g
  • 红薯240g
  • 抹茶粉2g
  • 木薯粉适量(防粘)

Steps to make 芋圆 —— 健康美味,吃起来Q感十足

  • 1.南瓜洗干净去皮,上锅蒸熟
  • 2.蒸熟之后,用擀面杖捣碎成南瓜泥
  • 3.取适量开水,一边倒入100g木薯粉和20g糖粉(糖粉和木薯粉提前混合均匀)中
  • 4.一边用筷子搅拌,直到木薯粉可以搅拌成团即可
  • 5.将南瓜泥倒入木薯团中,这时候的面团会比较粘手,将南瓜木薯团放到揉面垫上
  • 6.一边添加一些木薯粉防粘,一边将之揉成面团
  • 7.用同样方法,蒸好红薯
  • 8.蒸好后,去皮,捣成红薯泥
  • 9.红薯泥和木薯团混合均匀,取适量的红薯团
  • 10.一边添加木薯粉防粘,一边揉成不粘手的红薯团
  • 11.再取剩下的未揉好的红薯团的一半,加入红曲粉
  • 12.一边添加木薯粉防粘,一边揉成红色的红薯团
  • 13.剩下的红薯团,加入抹茶粉
  • 14.一边添加木薯粉防粘,一边揉成绿色的红薯团
  • 15.揉好的芋圆团搓成圆柱形长条,用刀切成小段儿
  • 16.依次切好其他的,放入食品保鲜袋中,冷冻上,要吃的时候再拿出来就行了
  • 17.吃的时候,从冰箱拿出来,煮熟,放点自己喜欢的布丁啊,烧仙草啊,冰沙啊就是美味的什锦芋圆啦
