三步打造美味蔓越莓牛轧糖饼干

  • 奶粉30克

Steps to make 三步打造美味蔓越莓牛轧糖饼干

  • 1.蔓越莓干切小丁,棉花糖也切小块,准备所有材料备用
  • 2.把黄油和棉花糖丁放进平底锅内,点火
  • 3.全程一定是小火,慢慢把黄油跟棉花糖熬化了,这期间要翻动一下,避免糊底
  • 4.全部均匀溶化了,如图这样就可以倒蔓越莓干或花生碎了迅速倒进去,用橡皮铲拌匀
  • 5.这时候关火,迅速倒入奶粉拌匀,拌好后的牛轧糖溶液就基本不粘锅了能稍微抱团了
  • 6.快速用勺子舀起牛轧糖溶液均匀的涂抹在苏打饼干上,然后盖上另一片,就完成了,余下的快速操作,如果遇见溶液凝固,可以拿回灶上小火加热一下继续操作
  • 7.拉丝效果特别好,味道更是棒棒哒
  • 8.我做了两种口味的,大家可以根据自己的喜好炒些核桃或者杏仁都可以放进去当夹馅,好吃又简单的一道下午茶甜点
