传统菠菜汤圆

  • 白糖粉100克
  • 猪油50克
  • 白糖30克
  • 蜂蜜40克

Steps to make 传统菠菜汤圆

  • 1.黑芝麻炒熟搅拌机粉碎、白糖、猪油。
  • 2.把馅料倒入锅中加热使猪油融化与其它融合到一起、馅料中也可加入核桃仁、花生等根据个人爱好。
  • 3.把把融合好的馅料装盘放入冰箱冷藏1小时后取出分开成小份待用。
  • 4.菠菜洗净榨汁机榨出汁、没有榨汁机的也可手工取汁、菠菜斩碎用纱布包裹挤压取汁。
  • 5.糯米粉倒入容器中加入菠菜汁揉均成团、取出100克和好的糯米团放入开水中煮熟取出加入原先和好的糯米团中再次揉均、这样是为了增加其粘性、包出的汤圆不易开裂。
  • 6.举一反三、我还用了巧克力、黄颜色的我是加了地瓜。
  • 7.取面团分成小份压扁包入馅料、由下至上慢慢收紧再揉元。
  • 8.这是包好的四种颜色、放入冰箱冷冻随吃随煮。
  • 9.煮汤圆等水沸腾才放汤圆进去,开盖煮到都浮起来就好了。记住下入汤圆水再次烧开后一定要小火、大火汤圆变形。
