  • 1.准备好馅料混合,我还加了一点蚝油
  • 2.朝一个方向搅哦
  • 3.把油皮混合,用筷子搅匀
  • 4.用手把油皮捏成团,醒十分钟
  • 5.酥皮混合
  • 6.捏成团,同样醒十分钟
  • 7.把两个面团都分成六份
  • 8.油皮压扁,裹入酥皮
  • 9.把酥皮包超来,左手虎口慢慢收油皮,右手轻轻压酥皮
  • 10.六个都裹好啦
  • 11.取一个压扁
  • 12.擀成椭圆形
  • 13.叠被子啦
  • 14.收口朝下,再擀长,再叠一次
  • 15.叠完两次收口朝下再擀长,然后卷起来
  • 16.胖胖的
  • 17.圆柱形中间切开
  • 18.竖起切好的圆柱,压扁,稍微擀一擀
  • 19.包上榨菜鲜肉
  • 20.像之前那样收口,然后收口朝下,压一压
  • 21.入盘准备烤喽,如果你的烤盘是粘的,下面垫上油纸或锡纸
  • 22.月饼刷上蛋液(我刷的是蛋黄)预热180度,时间三十分钟,第一个十分钟刷一次蛋液,第二个十分钟再刷一次撒上芝麻,然后就等出炉了
