Steps to make 雙色花饅頭

  • 1.把南瓜蒸熟壓泥放涼後加入100克麵粉和1克酵母粉(糖按個人口味加)揉成麵團,白色麵團也是一樣做法(不加南瓜)揉好醒發15分鐘(沒有南瓜的可用果蔬南瓜粉代替)。
  • 2.用杯蓋壓出圓形,(兩色都壓)。
  • 3.兩色麵胚疊起。
  • 4.兩色面胚疊起中間切十字成4份。
  • 5.把五或六片面胚疊起,兩邊用牙籤壓紋(如圖)。
