Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.把鱼头用盐搓洗干净。
  • 3.放入料酒、盐、胡椒粉腌制半个小时(盐不要放太多,因为剁椒是咸的)。
  • 4.把葱、姜、蒜切好,摆放在盘子的底部。
  • 5.放上鱼头,剁椒中放入一勺温的猪油拌匀铺在鱼头上面(没猪油用色拉油也行)。
  • 6.锅中入水,放到锅中蒸8分钟,再用文火2分钟。
  • 7.把葱、姜、蒜切成小米粒。
  • 8.鱼蒸好后撒在鱼头上面。
  • 9.锅中入油,烧到冒烟默数三个数,然后浇在鱼头上面就ok.
