豆豉蒸排骨

Steps to make 豆豉蒸排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净备用。
  • 2.生姜(漏拍了) 大蒜 辣椒 豆豉切好备用。
  • 3.锅中油热加入蒜末 辣椒 豆豉爆香,再加入生抽 蚝油炒香关火。
  • 4.排骨里面加入盐 料酒 生姜 再把爆香的豆豉倒是入排骨里面搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟左右(久一点更入味)。
  • 5.盘子底下铺上板栗,再把腌制好的排骨铺在上面,然后上锅蒸15-20分钟左右。
  • 6.出锅,撒上葱花 香菜。
