  • 大喜大牛肉粉1/2小匙

Steps to make 韩国大酱汤

  • 1.准备好食材:金针菇去掉老根洗净,土豆切小块,角瓜切片,豆腐切厚一点的块,青椒切块,红椒剪成圈
  • 2.二次淘米水留下备用
  • 3.加入2大匙大酱、1大匙辣酱搅匀
  • 4.石锅做火上,小火预热后,改大火,加入土豆烧开(一定要在边上看着,要开锅时改小火,防止溢锅);
  • 5.汤开后下角瓜、豆腐
  • 6.再次烧开后加金针菇稍煮片刻
  • 7.下入圆葱、青红椒
  • 8.下入收拾好的虾,待汤开后虾变色加入牛肉粉搅匀关火
