南瓜小子乳酪面包
南瓜季节,南瓜味道的面包自然也是必不可少的 ,今天就付诸实施,用南瓜泥做了这款面包,用牛奶代替了水。因这一次的烘焙课堂是芝士,所以这个面包也要符合主题,每一个面包里面都包裹了一片奶酪片,是奶香十足的面包。为了让孩子们喜欢,用马苏里拉做了头发,巧克力画了表情线,做成了南瓜小子的摸样,看上去是不是也蛮可爱的哩!

Steps to make 南瓜小子乳酪面包

  • 1.蒸熟的南瓜肉和牛奶一起搅拌成泥。因南瓜的含水量不同,而且搅拌后会有损耗,可以适量的多打一点糊
  • 2.把牛奶南瓜糊倒入盆里,打入一个鸡蛋。牛奶南瓜糊我总共用了170克,这个量可以根据面团情况适当调整
  • 3.搅拌均匀后加入糖和盐搅拌均匀,
  • 4.最后把高筋粉和酵母粉放入和成面团。我之所以在盆里和面,主要是想调整好软硬。
  • 5.和好的面团放入面包机中,开启和面程序
  • 6.10分钟后加入软化的黄油,继续和面,
  • 7.我的面包机总共20分钟就把面团揉至扩展了。可以拉出手套膜
  • 8.揉好的面团
  • 9.盖上保鲜膜,发酵至2倍大小
  • 10.。发酵好的面团分成10个面剂
  • 11.备好奶酪片和马苏里拉,马苏里拉切丝,奶酪片可以弄成小片
  • 12.取一个面剂包入奶酪片
  • 13.包严实收口朝下
  • 14.放入烤盘
  • 15.放入烤箱,下面放一碗温水保湿,用发酵功能二次发酵
  • 16.面团发酵至2倍大小。刷蛋液,撒上马苏里拉
  • 17.烤箱180度预热5分钟,入烤箱中层烤13分钟。
  • 18.烤好的乳酪面包
  • 19.巧克力放入裱花袋,用温水浸泡融化,然后在裱花袋山剪一个小口
  • 20.烤好后融化的马苏里拉就是头发了,再用融化的巧克力在面包上画上表情线。可爱吧
  • 21.面包的组织也很好,面团也是非常的柔软,里面还有奶酪,奶香加瓜果香,非常好吃的一款面包哦。
