香肠煲仔饭
一直都想着什么时候做煲仔饭来吃,外面卖的料太少,自己觉得不够吃,各种口味,最爱的就是香肠的,怎么都吃不腻,这么大一份两个人都够。

  • 香肠2根
  • 青菜2颗
  • 蚝油5g
  • 酱油10g
  • 鸡粉2g
  • 鱼露5g

Steps to make 香肠煲仔饭

  • 1.大米洗净浸泡一个小时
  • 2.香肠洗净切片
  • 3.青菜焯水后捞出
  • 4.锅底刷一层油
  • 5.放入泡好洗净的大米,加入1.5倍的水
  • 6.盖上盖子,大火煮开后转小火
  • 7.香肠提前蒸十分钟
  • 8.米饭煮到水份基本干了,有小孔的时候,沿着边缘淋入一勺色拉油
  • 9.码入香肠,磕入鸡蛋,盖上盖子继续煮几分钟,可以关火后焖一会
  • 10.调味料提前准备好
  • 11.吃之前淋入调味料,拌匀即可。
  • 12.焖一会的煲仔饭是不是很诱人呢
