海鲜生滚粥

Steps to make 海鲜生滚粥

  • 1.将大米淘洗干净后,放入冰箱冷冻室冷冻。
  • 2.锅内加水,放入冷冻好的大米,干贝粒,倒入少量油,大火煮开,不断搅拌。然后改小火加盖煮15-20分钟左右,中间注意不要让粥噗出来,煮成米粒开花、稍粘稠的粥。
  • 3.将洋白菜切丝,梭子蟹洗净去腮,剁成两半或小块。中火将粥烧开,将洋白菜丝、梭子蟹、姜丝、倒入锅中,酌情加少许盐滚匀,待蟹变红,即可食用。蟹肉可以蘸普宁豆酱食用,更鲜。
