红三剁主要是因西红杮、红猪肉、红辣椒三红而得名。主要是番茄与肉结合的香味,炒红三剁用的调料较少,而且所选的辣椒不辣,用来拌面相当可口,酸香开胃。

  • 6.锅中加入九三食用油,将肉馅放入煸炒出油下葱姜蒜末、胡椒粉继续煸炒。
  • 7.下入红辣椒丁煸炒2分钟。
  • 8.最后下入西红柿丁、盐煸炒至西红柿熟即可。
