  • 1.备好材料
  • 2.鸡腿去骨去皮,切成丁,加点料酒和盐腌制一会儿备用;玉米剥粒
  • 3.胡萝卜去皮切丁;木耳洗净切细粒
  • 4.豌豆和玉米分别焯水
  • 5.锅中倒油加热,倒入腌制好的鸡丁翻炒至鸡丁能弹起、水份变少
  • 6.加入木耳和胡萝卜略炒
  • 7.加入豌豆和玉米炒均匀
  • 8.淀粉加点水调匀,加入锅中勾薄芡
  • 9.调入盐、胡椒粉炒匀即可
