糯米藕

Steps to make 糯米藕

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.糯米泡水5小时以上沥干水分备用。
  • 3.沥干水分的糯米拌上红糖。
  • 4.莲藕洗净削皮,选取比较细的一头,在大约五分之一的地方切开。
  • 5.把切开的藕里塞满泡好水的糯米,把两块藕合在一起,用牙签固定。
  • 6.压力锅中加清水,放入冰糖、红糖、红枣煮15分钟,吃时切片淋上糖桂花、蜜汁即可。
