  • 高筋面粉400克
  • 酸奶100克
  • 全蛋45克
  • 淡奶油40克
  • 牛奶75克
  • 4克
  • 白砂糖50克
  • 酵母5克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 一次发酵酸奶杏仁小餐包

  • 1.准备好所有的材料.....
  • 2.将除黄油以外的所有材料都倒入面包机桶...倒入的时候注意盐和酵母不要直接的接触到....启动面包机揉面程序30分钟....
  • 3.30后钟后我们加入软化的黄油,再次启动面包机的揉面程序30分钟....将面揉至完全截段....
  • 4.取出揉好的面团....
  • 5.轻轻的拉开,可以看见薄薄的手膜......
  • 6.平均的分成十六等份,并搓成光滑的圆面团放入28*28的烤盘中....进行发酵....
  • 7.发酵至1.5到2倍大的面团,注意虽发过头了哦....(这个时候我们可以预热烤箱)
  • 8.在面团的表面刷一层蛋液,(蛋液中可以加少许的牛奶.)并把杏仁片贴到上面....(当然如果没有杏仁片也可以换成白芝麻或黑芝麻)
  • 9.送入ACA烤箱中,,上火150 下火140 22分钟即可...
