  • 低筋粉225g
  • 花生碎30g

  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.将准备好的食用油、细砂糖、蛋液全部倒在一个大碗里。
  • 3.将它们搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将低筋粉、小苏打、花生碎全部混合之后,倒入步骤2的大碗中。
  • 5.戴着一次性手套将混合好的全部材料揉成团。
  • 6.每20g捏成一个花生酥,整齐放在烤盘上,压扁。
  • 7.在每个花生酥的表面刷上蛋液。
  • 8.在每个花生酥的表面正中间的位置,可以压入一颗花生做装饰,没有花生的话可以忽略这个步骤。
  • 9.放入烤箱中层,180°上下火,20分钟。
