笋尖海带老鸭汤
鸭肉是祛寒除湿温补之物,适合体热上火者,以能够滋补去湿、养胃补肾、除痰健肺、解毒消肿。

吃一些海带可以补充由于天热而流失的维生素和蛋白质,笋呢,是我公园挖来的,没吃完就扔里面一起煲,没想到还特别的好吃。

    Steps to make 笋尖海带老鸭汤

    • 1.鸭肉切块,冷水下锅,和拍散的姜,半把花椒一起煮开。
    • 2.海带切块,和笋一起备用。
    • 3.煮开的鸭子,很脏很脏,再煮三分钟。捞出洗干净。
    • 4.海带,笋,鸭肉一起,水大火烧开焯一下,放一汤匙料酒。捞出控干。
    • 5.冷水,海带,鸭子,笋,香叶,老姜切片,一起放入煲中。中火煮开撇一下浮沫。小火煲两三个小时,调盐,胡椒粉,继续一小时。
    • 6.出锅放点香油即可。吃香菜和蒜苗的可以放一点。
