  • 1.准备主料如下
  • 2.将澄粉和玉米淀粉混匀,用沸水和烫面备用
  • 3.香菇焯熟
  • 4.将香菇切丁
  • 5.茼蒿、胡萝卜、白萝卜切丁
  • 6.胡萝卜、白萝卜丁下到热水中浸泡10秒断生,后攥出水份。
  • 7.将鸡蛋搅碎炒熟,与以上蔬菜混合
  • 8.先后倒入花生油、香油拌匀
  • 9.最后撒盐拌匀
  • 10.面团醒15分钟后搓成条
  • 11.揪剂子
  • 12.擀成饺子皮
  • 13.开始包饺子了,我感觉澄粉皮没有面粉皮好包,可能是面和硬了。
  • 14.技术有限,捏不出好看的褶,惭愧。
  • 15.蒸锅上垫上一张烘焙用的油纸,再摆上蒸饺。
  • 16.上蒸锅大火蒸8分钟
  • 17.出锅喽,水晶皮很滑很Q,素馅很是爽口,当真是极好的!
