Steps to make 白菜炖粉条

  • 1.锅中烧开水,放入粉条煮10分钟,捞出放在凉水中备用
  • 2.五花肉切片,白菜切大块
  • 3.锅中放少量油将五花肉煸炒出油
  • 4.倒入白菜翻炒,刚开始炒肯定会略糊锅底,千万不能加水,继续翻炒,白菜会出好多水
  • 5.将白菜炒到这种程度就可以了
  • 6.添水没过白菜,加入除鸡粉外所有调料,中火炖20分钟左右
  • 7.加入粉条在炖5分钟,加入鸡粉就可以出锅了
