  • 1.首先我们将小羊腿在清水中洗净
  • 2. 用厨房纸充分吸干水分
  • 3. 把洗干净的小羊腿放在到碗中
  • 4. 往每根小羊腿上均匀的涂抹盐和黑胡椒
  • 5.洋葱切半圈丝
  • 6. 把洋葱丝平铺在羊腿上
  • 7.将西芹切成大段
  • 8.将彩椒切块
  • 9.西红柿切成小块
  • 10.将柠檬切成八分之一作备用
  • 11.预备食材全部完成
  • 12.锅中倒橄榄油,将小羊腿稍微煎制到金黄色
  • 13.拿出将洋葱放入锅中翻炒,将小羊腿回锅翻炒一下
  • 14.拿出深烤盘,在盘底铺上西芹,这样处理可以防止小羊腿烤制时糊底,同时也会有西芹的香味把羊腿摆放在西芹上
  • 15.放入洋葱、西红柿、彩椒、挤上柠檬汁同时再放入二分之一个柠檬
  • 16.放入迷迭香
  • 17.放入去皮番茄
  • 18.倒入红酒,红酒不要没过羊肉
