巧克力相信大家都不会陌生,不仅好吃还可以做很多美食。巧克力是以可可粉为主要原料制成的一种甜食。它不但口感细腻甜美,而且还具有一股浓郁的香气。巧克力可以直接食用,也可被用来制作蛋糕、冰激凌等。在浪漫的情人节,它更是表达爱情少不了的主角。临近情人节超市各式各样的巧克力就呈现在眼前。
巧克力体积小,发热多,味甜可口。研究发现,巧克力中含有红葡萄酒中所含有的抗氧化物。朱古力的成分与巧克力大同小异,其中蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素E的含量稍高于巧克力,脂肪、碳水化合物、能量等其他成分与巧克力相近,都是以可可粉为主要原料制成的。
巧克力除了可以直接吃,还可以做很多美食的装饰,比如巧克力草莓,巧克力蛋卷,巧克力冰淇淋,还有巧克力蛋糕都是很美味的。今天和大家分享一款巧克力花蛋糕,简单又好学。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 牛奶30g
  • 玉米油30g
  • 细砂糖90g
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 淡奶油200ml

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.蛋黄,蛋白分离。在无油无水的容器里放入牛奶,加入10g细砂糖手动打蛋器将细砂糖完全融于牛奶,接着加入玉米油继续手动打蛋器混合均匀。低筋面粉过筛加入溶液中,混合均匀。
  • 3.接着加入蛋黄混合均匀。
  • 4.蛋白中加入几滴柠檬汁,40g细砂糖分三次加入打发至蛋白能提起牛角尖即可。取三分之一加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀。烤箱预热145度。
  • 5.将翻拌均匀的蛋糕糊倒入剩下的蛋白中继续翻拌均匀,倒入模具中轻轻震动一下,震去气泡。
  • 6.蛋糕放入烤箱145度烘烤30-35分钟。(具有根据自家烤箱实际来定)
  • 7.在油纸上画出花瓣,5个大花瓣3个小花瓣。
  • 8.白巧克力隔水融化。
  • 9.白巧克力中加入适量的红曲粉混合均匀。
  • 10.将花瓣剪成一个个,油纸另一面(没有铅笔画的那一面)均匀涂上巧克力。
  • 11.画好的巧克力花瓣贴在盘中,这样花瓣有一定的弧度,然后放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 12.烤好的戚风蛋糕取出放凉,脱模切两片。
  • 13.剩下的细砂糖分三次加入蛋白中打发,将打好的淡奶油涂均匀抹在底部的蛋糕胚上面。
  • 14.接着放上另一片蛋糕胚,继续涂抹均匀。蛋糕的边缘可以简单的涂抹,因为做的是裸蛋糕所以不需要抹面很光滑。
  • 15.在蛋糕中间挤上一个小圆点稍微高一些作为花蕊。
  • 16.取出冷冻定型的巧克力花瓣,将大个的花瓣先紧贴在花蕊周围。
  • 17.接着将小号的花瓣贴在大花瓣上紧贴着花蕊。一款简单的巧克力花裸蛋糕就做好啦。
  • 18.一款简单又有颜值的巧克力花蛋糕就做好啦。当然,可以根据自己喜欢在蛋糕层间加入喜欢的水果。
