    • 1.先将几只大闸蟹锅中蒸熟
    • 2.将蟹肉和蟹膏用工具拆出蟹粉
    • 3.嫩豆腐切小块备用
    • 4.起油锅,姜蒜爆香后倒入蟹粉炒香
    • 5.加小碗水、调入适量的盐、料酒、一点醋
    • 6.加入豆腐盖上锅盖,中火再煮三分钟左右
    • 7.倒入调好的水淀粉勾芡
    • 8.装盘,上面撒点香葱即可。
