前两天到市场买菜的时候,就在想着周日要回娘家,给爸妈带点什么,后来还是决定做上一份烤排骨给二老带去,所以就提前了两天把排骨买好,腌制入味,每天还不时地取出来给排骨按按摩,一个人乐在其中。现在想想其实学做美食的同时,也借着这饮食跟家人传递了很多的关爱与情感,可以说美食其实是一个传递爱的大使呢~

  • 排骨1000克
  • 姜蒜50克
  • 1茶匙
  • 1汤匙
  • 味极鲜1汤匙
  • 排骨酱1汤匙
  • 烧汁1汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙

Steps to make 烤排骨

  • 1.排骨买回来,先用清水清洗干净。
  • 2.姜蒜打成茸。
  • 3.姜蒜茸,料酒,盐,糖,味极鲜,烧汁,排骨酱加入。
  • 4.开始给排骨按摩。
  • 5.跟着取一个保鲜袋,把排骨装进去,然后放入冰箱冷藏室中腌制24小时。
  • 6.腌制好的排骨取出来,把它放在烤网上,放入预热好的烤箱,170度,80分钟,中层,上下火。
  • 7.当烤制了20分钟的时候,取出来刷上腌制时剩余的酱汁。
  • 8.当腌制了40分钟的时候,把排骨取出,翻个面,再次刷上腌制时剩余的酱汁。
  • 9.当烤箱内的排骨已经成熟后,把排骨取出,再两面都刷上一层蜜糖,再次烤制度5分钟即可。
