  • 1.准备食材:肠粉专用米粉、菠菜、盐、油、等;
  • 2.菠菜洗净,榨成汁,过滤;
  • 3.菠菜汁250克、清水250克,加入粘米粉,拌均成菠菜米浆;
  • 4.不锈钢的平底大牌子,底部摸一点油,倒入一层菠菜米浆;
  • 5.蒸锅的水煮沸,放入蒸锅蒸;
  • 6.盖上盖子,大火蒸3分钟;
