平安夜的礼物——圣诞老人姜饼
圣诞的脚步近了,今晚就是平安夜,儿子的英语班要开英语扒,给他准备什么样的礼物呢,无疑圣诞姜饼是最受欢迎的礼物了!姜饼印象里应该是块圆饼,好吧,我们今天就做个大圆姜饼,给那些没有姜饼模又想做姜饼的人吧!
   这个配方是经过我几次实验后调整过的,感觉味道适中,成品也比较漂亮!姜饼大圆饼分割成了八块,又画上了圣诞老人的模样,可爱至极!

  • 低筋面粉125g
  • 黄油25g
  • 牛奶15g
  • 红糖粉25g
  • 糖粉15g
  • 蜂蜜18g
  • 鸡蛋液12g
  • 肉桂粉1ml
  • 姜粉2.5ml
  • 蛋白20g
  • 糖粉150g
  • 柠檬汁5ml
  • 鸡蛋5g
  • 10g

Steps to make 平安夜的礼物——圣诞老人姜饼

  • 1.黄油隔水软化然后把所有配料倒入碗里用筷子搅匀
  • 2.用手揉匀成面团,盖上保鲜膜放进冰箱冷藏松弛1个小时
  • 3.松弛好的面团,放在案板上擀成厚约0.3CM的薄面片
  • 4.用个圆形模具在擀好的面片上刻出大圆饼
  • 5.当然材料不能浪费,旁边的用姜饼模刻些小姜饼
  • 6.因为圆饼太大怕烤的时候凸起,所以我们用叉子在上面叉些孔
  • 7.用刀切成八等份
  • 8.在姜饼上刷一层鸡蛋和水混合的蛋水液,静置松弛一会儿
  • 9.放入预热好的180度烤箱,15分钟左右表面微黄即可
  • 10.蛋白加糖粉再加入柠檬汁混合打发成为蛋白糖霜
  • 11.部分加点食用色素,装入裱花袋剪一小口
  • 12.在姜饼上挤出各式图案
  • 13.放点绿色素刷树形,再用彩珠装饰下
  • 14.晾干后密封保存!圣诞节的送礼佳品!
