养生红枣核桃糕

  • 核桃仁80g
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 玉米油80g
  • 泡打粉3g

Steps to make 养生红枣核桃糕

  • 1.红枣洗净去核加适量水泡软备用
  • 2.泡软的红枣放入料理机和所有玉米油一起打成泥备用
  • 3.核桃掰碎备用
  • 4.鸡蛋打入无水无油的盆中并加入所有红糖
  • 5.打发至提起打蛋器低落的蛋糊不会即刻消失即可
  • 6.加入低粉和泡打粉的混合过筛物翻拌均匀
  • 7.取少许蛋糕糊与红枣碎混合,翻拌均匀
  • 8.再倒回蛋糕糊中翻拌均匀
  • 9.加入核桃碎翻拌均匀
  • 10.翻拌好的蛋糕糊倒入铺了油纸的模具中并震去大气泡,烤箱150度预热再烤45分钟左右即可
