紫薯派
昨天蒸的紫薯还剩下一块,懒得再次加热,天冷又不想吃凉的。
就做成紫薯派了。我觉得叫芝士紫薯包更贴切。

  • 手抓饼1个
  • 芝士碎50g
  • 食用油小许
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 黑芝麻小许

Steps to make 紫薯派

  • 1.取一个手抓饼。
  • 2.把一面的油纸刷上油,抹匀,再放上饼,免得化了冻粘连。
  • 3.紫薯去皮。
  • 4.用手抓饼的油纸垫着,揉成圆饼。喜欢甜的,这一步可以放白糖。
  • 5.饼皮上放芝士,再放紫薯饼,再放芝士碎。
  • 6.等饼软化就包起来。
  • 7.收口朝下。
  • 8.锡纸上刷油。
  • 9.放上紫薯包。
  • 10.取一个蛋黄,打散。
  • 11.紫薯包刷蛋黄液,撒黑芝麻。
  • 12.入烤箱,上下火190度烤10分钟。
  • 13.烤好的紫薯包。
  • 14.成品。
  • 15.这样看拉丝不明显。
  • 16.看看这拉丝。
