也不知道哪里来的勇气*,从预备食材到成功做出来,用了3天时间,有种做不动的感觉,做完这道菜就趴在地上了,请不要轻易尝试**
太多步骤了,有些图片都忘记拍照*
这道菜,分几个步骤
第一预备高汤
第二预备过水的食材,有些食材需要提前泡发,花胶提前2天发好放冰箱备用
第三预备油炸的食材
第四将前面预备好的食材放到电锅里面隔水蒸4小时,具体时间以所有食材都熟为主。
最后等香味飘出来就好*
