花生酱焦糖脆皮马芬

今儿跟大家分享这款花生酱焦糖脆皮马芬(Muffin),无需打发鸡蛋,面粉和鸡蛋等材料搅拌均匀,用烤箱或者空气炸锅烤一烤就成。
由于加了大量的花生酱,所以特别浓香。表面筛了厚厚一层红糖粉,经过高温烘烤后形成厚厚的脆壳,正是时下流行的“美拉德”风,吃起来带着浓浓的焦糖味,为这款马芬增加了一丝惊艳。

  • 花生酱150克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 牛奶60克
  • 低筋面粉180克(蛋糕粉)
  • 泡打粉10克
  • 红糖粉20克

Steps to make 花生酱焦糖脆皮马芬

  • 1.备料;花生酱如果结块了,要把浮在表面的油和花生酱重新混合成糊状后再使用。
  • 2.鸡蛋、细砂糖、大豆油同入大碗,搅打均匀。
  • 3.倒入花生酱、牛奶,混合均匀。
  • 4.低筋面粉和泡打粉混合,筛入液体中,用刮刀混拌均匀。
  • 5.用小勺将面糊舀入不粘模具,勺子蘸凉水,将面糊表面抹平模具尺寸:三能蘑菇头模75*73*40mm。
  • 6.筛入红糖粉。
  • 7.入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火180度25分钟,出炉后脱模,晾凉。
  • 8.香甜松软,焦糖脆壳独具风味。
