双色紫薯戚风

  • 1.成品。
  • 2.材料:金龙鱼蛋糕用小麦粉50克 蛋2个 糖50克 柠檬汁几滴 玉米油30克 牛奶30克辅料:紫薯粉4克左右烘焙时间:130度45分钟。
  • 3.蛋黄中加入玉米油、牛奶.用手抽不断搅拌至乳化。
  • 4.然后筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.继续用手抽搅拌到顺滑无颗粒面糊状态。
  • 6.蛋白中加入柠檬汁打至鱼眼粗泡加入三分一的糖、继续用电动打蛋器打发,剩下白糖分2次放入,打到蛋白呈硬性发泡,提起打蛋器呈小尖角状态。
  • 7.取三分一蛋白霜加入面糊中拌匀。
  • 8.然后倒回蛋白霜中用刮刀切拌均匀至光滑状态。
  • 9.将原色面糊先倒入模具中。
  • 10.取适量的面糊加入紫薯粉搅拌成紫薯面糊,然后将紫薯面糊也倒入,用筷子稍微划拌下即可。
  • 11.震动几下,排出大气泡,放入预热好的烤箱烤熟即可。
  • 12.放凉后脱模,看是不是很好呢。
