  • 1.食材。
  • 2.把猪骨用清水泡一泡,洗净。
  • 3.冷水下锅,适量多加一些水。
  • 4.把丝瓜去皮切块。
  • 5.虾米加少许料酒,泡一下洗净。
  • 6.葱打结,姜切片。
  • 7.锅里将烧开时,把骨汤里的沫去掉。后加入姜和葱。
  • 8.小火炖约半小时,加入丝瓜汤。
  • 9.加入虾米。
  • 10.丝瓜煮熟,加入盐调味。
  • 11.装碗。
