Steps to make 酸甜排骨

  • 1.准备好食材:带肉排骨400克,黄辣椒1/3个,红辣椒1/3个,青瓜1/2条,姜1小块,蒜瓣2个,小葱1根。调料:植物油1匙,盐1/3茶匙,碎冰糖2匙,陈醋2匙,醬油1匙
  • 2.先把排骨洗干净,烧开一锅水,把排骨放开水里去血水,捞起来沥水备用
  • 3.确认锅里没水,放1匙油,把沥干水分的排骨放进锅里,盖上锅盖小中火煎3分钟,看见排骨转金黄色翻面,继续煎2分钟
  • 4.另一个小锅放100ml水,把碎冰糖煮开,煮到稍粘稠
  • 5.把煎好的拍过放进糖水里煮
  • 6.放入蒜粒和姜片
  • 7.再放入植物油1匙,盐1/3茶匙,碎冰糖2匙,陈醋2匙,醬油1匙调成的酱汁
  • 8.倒入200ml的水,盖上锅盖,中火烧开,小火慢煮25-30分钟
  • 9.打开锅盖,把切好的黄红辣椒和青瓜放进锅里,搅拌均匀,就可以出锅拉
  • 10.享用美味开胃的酸甜排骨
