香浓椰挞,酥脆挞皮,浓郁椰香,简单又美味。
今天做一个香浓椰挞,外壳超级酥松香浓的曲奇挞皮,搭配浓郁的椰蓉馅,超级好吃,而且制作超简单,零失败,这配方是4个的量。曲奇挞皮的配方,可以参考我以前曲奇蛋挞视频。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶30克
  • 无盐黄油15克
  • 炼乳5克
  • 细砂糖20克
  • 1克
  • 椰蓉30克
  • 玉米淀粉5克
  • 奶粉5克(可选)
  • 泡打粉1克

Steps to make 香浓椰挞,酥脆挞皮,浓郁椰香,简单又美味。

  • 1.先把鸡蛋1个打撒,加入牛奶30克,融化的无盐黄油15克,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入炼乳5克,细砂糖20克、盐1克,泡打粉1克,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.最后加入玉米淀粉5克、奶粉5克、椰蓉30克、搅拌均匀。
  • 4.装入裱花袋、冷藏备用。
  • 5.挤入准备好的蛋挞皮里,然后入烤箱。(注:曲奇挞皮参考我以前的曲奇蛋挞视频)
  • 6.烤箱210℃提前预热,烤制15-20分钟。(注:蛋挞表面上色后,可以盖一张锡纸,防止表面太焦。)
  • 7.超香浓的椰挞,完成O(∩_∩)O
  • 8.香浓挞皮,浓郁椰香,简直完美。
  • 9.制作超简单零失败,超级好吃。
