大寒节气到了,年也越來越近了,过年吃饺子是中國人的习俗,今年因為疫情的原因许多朋友不能回家过年与家人团聚,今天特別为身在异乡的朋友分享这道回乡饺子,以解思乡之情。
过年吃茴香豆腐馅金鱼饺是有寓意的,茴香的詣音就是回乡,豆腐的詣音多福,过年吃素馅饺子,是代代流传下來的老规距,寓意这一年过的平平安安,福运滿滿,金鱼造型,年年有余,代表着一家人的团圆。

  • 有机石磨饺子粉800克
  • 南瓜500克
  • 茴香500克
  • 豆腐300克
  • 红豆10克

Steps to make 节气食单 | 大寒 回乡饺子

  • 1.將南瓜去皮切片蒸10分钟,出锅压成泥,放凉备用。
  • 2.取适量的有机饺子面和南瓜泥一起揉成软硬适度的面团醒发备用。
  • 3.豆腐切丁上锅炒至金黄。
  • 4.茴香洗净切碎,依次放入豆腐丁果蔬粉,少许盐,均匀搅拌。
  • 5.取出醒好南瓜面团揉均后,依次擀成7厘米左右的饺子皮包成金鱼形状。
  • 6.锅中放入适量的水大火烧开放入做好的金鱼饺子中火蒸10分钟出锅就好了。
  • 7.鱼眼睛放入两颗红豆(鱼的形状就做好了)。
