圣诞曲奇
圣诞节虽然是外国的节日,但生活还是需要点仪式感,所以就捣鼓着做些圣诞曲奇送给可爱的朋友们,没想到颜值超级高,酥到爆炸,好看又好吃,作为伴手礼超级有面子。曲奇口味我做的是抹茶味,因为绿色可以衬托圣诞气氛,装饰部分也不难,一分钟就学会!

  • 糖粉35克
  • 黄油80克
  • 低筋面粉90克
  • 全蛋液20克
  • 抹茶粉4克

Steps to make 圣诞曲奇

  • 1.软化好的黄油加糖粉。
  • 2.低速打发至顺滑,高速打发至颜色变浅、体积变膨胀,然后加入全蛋液,搅拌均匀(电动打蛋器)。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉、抹茶粉,用刮刀拌匀至无干粉、颗粒。
  • 4.装入裱花袋,挤出曲奇圆环。
  • 5.挤好的曲奇放入提前预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度烤20分钟。
  • 6.白巧克力隔水融化,曲奇半边沾上适量巧克力液。
  • 7.撒上装饰的坚果。这样就圣诞曲奇完成了,好看吗?
