Steps to make 酸奶西瓜慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.六寸蛋糕模具放一片小于六寸的圆蛋糕片。
  • 2.备奶食材,吉利丁片用泡一会,捞出放入碗中,加50g牛奶隔水融化放凉。
  • 3.把西瓜块、酸奶、白糖、吉利丁牛奶液混合搅打成汁,倒入蛋糕片上,入冰箱冷藏2小时以上。
  • 4.QQ糖40g+50g水隔水融化,放凉。
  • 5.淋面,放冰箱冷藏4小时以上。颜色怪怪的,因为QQ糖是某人买的,好几种颜色。
