婆婆是上海人,每年过节都会做熏鱼,和我们江苏熏鱼不同的是,它里面加了大量的五香粉,所以比苏式熏鱼味道更浓,更香,有点浓油赤酱的感觉!

Steps to make 海派熏鱼

  • 1.青鱼洗净切块用葱姜八角,生抽,料酒,老抽,盐腌制几个小时入味。
  • 2.用葱姜八角糖,五香粉,生抽,老抽,盐,鸡精,醋熬料汁备用。
  • 3.把鱼稍微沥干。
  • 4.起锅放油炸鱼。
  • 5.炸至焦黄捞出下入熬好的料汁中浸泡,让鱼充份吸满料汁。
  • 6.成品。
  • 7.成品,酱香味美。
