  • 1.准备的用料。
  • 2.螃蟹蒸熟,剔出肉。
  • 3.豆腐切成小块。
  • 4.盐水锅里面焯一遍。
  • 5.生姜,葱全部剁碎。
  • 6.油加热后先煸香姜末。
  • 7.加入蟹肉稍微炒十几秒钟,加入豆腐,水,盐,鸡精,料酒烧开。
  • 8.鸡蛋打撒。
  • 9.锅开后先淋入水淀粉搅匀,再加入鸡蛋液。
  • 10.再次烧开,撒点葱花,胡椒粉就可以。
