Steps to make 烤生蚝

  • 1.拿一个小碗,放入剁好的蒜蓉,加入适量剁椒。
  • 2.调入盐和鸡精。
  • 3.倒入橄榄油。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.生蚝去壳,清洗干净,沥干水分,摆放入容器中。(如果用盘子要深盘,因为烤制的过程中会有水分渗出)
  • 6.铺上调制好的剁椒蒜蓉。
  • 7.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火220度,20分钟,开启热风功能。
  • 8.烤好后戴上隔热手套取出,趁热撒上葱花即可食用。
  • 9.成品图。
