  • 1.油蛤清洗干净。
  • 2.准备食材。生姜和蒜头切片,小米辣切圈,葱切碎,红辣椒切片。
  • 3.起锅烧油,下葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 4.下红辣椒和小米辣,翻炒几下。
  • 5.倒入油蛤,不要翻动。
  • 6.倒少量清水,一勺生抽,一勺料酒,煮至油蛤开口
  • 7.油蛤全部开口后,轻轻翻动,动作不要太大,避免油蛤肉和壳分离。
  • 8.撒上葱花即可。生抽有味道,不需要再加其他调味料。
