Steps to make 干煸黄豆芽

  • 1.主料:豆芽洗净控水,蒜苗择洗干净,干辣椒用湿布擦干净。
  • 2.蒜苗、辣椒切小段,姜切丝。
  • 3.锅里倒入少许的植物油,放入黄豆芽,小火煸到水分收尽盛出待用
  • 4.重新坐火、放油,5成热时下入姜丝、辣椒段炒出香味。
  • 5.再把黄豆芽放入,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.放入生抽、盐调味。
  • 7.把蒜苗段放入,翻炒均匀即可出锅。
