Steps to make 糖醋素排骨

  • 1.准备好土豆和莲藕各一份
  • 2.土豆切片放在蒸锅里蒸熟取出放凉
  • 3.将煮熟的土豆捣成泥状
  • 4.土豆泥加入少量面粉、糯米粉和成面团
  • 5.面团揉好后盖上湿布醒15分钟
  • 6.在醒面的时间里,将藕切成条状
  • 7.醒好的面团分成若干份,每份包在藕条中间,像排骨一样造型
  • 8.锅烧热,倒入200毫升的油,调至中小火放入素排骨煎炸
  • 9.炸至外表微微金黄捞出,并用漏勺捞出锅内焦糊的渣
  • 10.将素排骨再次倒入锅内复炸一遍,炸至金黄捞出控油
  • 11.另起一锅烧热注入少许油,放入冰糖翻炒熬微微黄,再加入番茄汁一起熬十几秒钟,不要熬得时间太长,熬过头会很苦的哟,然后倒入素排骨裹匀糖汁
  • 12.裹色均匀后关火出锅装盘,洒上白芝麻和葱花点缀即可
