减脂菜谱——低脂版柠檬手撕鸡
胖了很多年的我终于在今年开始减肥了,经过三个月的努力,终于从160变成125了,很多姐妹问我怎么瘦的,我只想说饿肚子不是明智之选,少糖油碳水,多蛋白纤维素,将我的减脂菜谱陆续分享给姐妹们*

  • 小米椒6个
  • 香菜3根
  • 零卡糖适量(或白糖)

Steps to make 减脂菜谱——低脂版柠檬手撕鸡

  • 1.锅中放入清水,鸡腿去皮后冷水下锅,煮25分钟左右。
  • 2.煮好的鸡腿捞出过凉水(我用的是净水器的水,也可以用凉开水)。
  • 3.过好凉水的鸡腿用手撕成小块,放入盘里备用。
  • 4.子姜切片,柠檬切片,小米椒切粒,香菜切小段,和蒜蓉一起放入盆中。
  • 5.将鸡肉放入盆中,再放入盐,鸡精,蚝油,生抽,醋,零卡糖,辣椒粉拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏一个小时。
