上汤豆苗
上汤豆苗属于粤菜系列,对于广东一带的朋友应该都不陌生,很多餐馆都有这道菜。记得以前在餐馆也吃过这道菜,自己在家里做放足料感觉味道更好。虽然所用材料都很普通,但做出的成品汤水鲜甜,色泽诱人

Steps to make 上汤豆苗

  • 1.豆苗200克洗净备用
  • 2.姜蒜切片,枸杞冲一下水备用
  • 3.火腿切成小片、皮蛋去壳后切小块
  • 4.瘦肉切成条状,加一点胡椒粉、鸡粉、生粉,一点花生油抓匀腌制15分钟
  • 5.锅内加一点油烧热,下姜蒜小火炒香
  • 6.再下皮蛋炒熟
  • 7.一次性加足量开水
  • 8.大火煮四五分钟直至汤变浓变白
  • 9.先放入枸杞煮一下,最后下豆苗和瘦肉煮一下断生,调入一点盐和鸡粉提味
