早餐/饭后甜点——脆皮香蕉
此品酸甜,主料为刚由绿变黄的香蕉,这样的香蕉比较硬,略带酸味,口感很好。脆皮香蕉,外脆里软,香蕉炸过后已融化,咬一口,好滋味儿~  
想要吃香蕉原味,可以直接吃;想要更酸甜,可以蘸番茄酱;想要甜一些,可以蘸糖;想要口味多样化,可以蘸各种果酱~~~
外脆里软,可以做为早餐,可以做饭后小甜点,也可以作为春游美食、零食等,酸甜可口,吃法多样,百般口味~~~

    Steps to make 早餐/饭后甜点——脆皮香蕉

    • 1.将鸡蛋打入面粉中,滴两三滴香油,搅匀,放置十分钟醒开(或先打散鸡蛋,筛入面粉搅匀)。
    • 2.香蕉切成一厘米厚的圆块(切你想切的任何形状,不要过小就行)
    • 3.将香蕉放入准备好的面糊里蘸匀面糊
    • 4.锅里热油,将粘上面糊的香蕉块放进去,炸黄一面再翻面
    • 5.两面金黄时捞出装盘
    • 6.喜欢味道再浓厚一点蘸点番茄酱或其他任意自己喜欢的果酱。
