Steps to make Chives and Shrimp Dumplings
- 1. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly and gently pick out the shrimp line with a toothpick at the second section away from the shrimp head;
- 2. Peel off the shell and leave the shrimp behind
- 3. After rinsing, cut each shrimp into 2 or 3 sections according to its size
- 4. Add some cooking wine and steam fish and soy sauce to marinate for a while
