【粤菜】药膳养生汤—田七炖鸡
粤式的炖汤,是隔水炖几个小时以上的。用小火慢炖,原料和药材的营养都慢慢渗出在汤内。
最近跳绳锻炼,反而膝盖痛了起来,可能是方法不对,而且也太急进了些,伤到了软组织。在今天炖了盅药膳养生汤——田七炖鸡,隔水炖了四、五个小时。
田七具有散瘀止血,消肿定痛之功效;桂圆肉有补心脾、益气血作用;红枣健脾益胃,补气养血,养血安神,能增强人体免疫力。鸡肉温中,益气,补精、添髓。

  • 1.田七块用药盅锤碎,和桂圆、红枣一起放入水洗净。
  • 2.将各种药材放入炖盅内备用。
  • 3.葱头拍碎,姜切片备用。
  • 4.鸡肉放姜片,葱头,盐,花生油稍腌制。
  • 5.将腌制过的鸡肉放入炖盅内。
  • 6.加适量的凉水入炖盅内。
  • 7.盖上炖盅盖,隔水炖四、五个小时。
  • 8.田七炖鸡炖够时间后,放盐调味即可食用。
