    Steps to make 东北锅包肉

    • 1.原料:猪肉、料酒、生抽、白醋、白糖、青红椒、番茄酱。
    • 2.猪肉切厚片,用盐,鸡精,胡椒粉、料酒拌匀腌制一下。
    • 3.青红椒切成丝,大蒜切片、葱姜切丝备用。
    • 4.面粉、淀粉按1:2比例调成面糊。
    • 5.调成这种稠度静置一会。
    • 6.静置面糊的时候我们准备一碗碗汁;白糖3勺、加入白醋2勺.
    • 7.加入番茄酱2勺(番茄酱是为了颜色好看,不加也可以)
    • 8.加入生抽一勺。
    • 9.淀粉适量。
    • 10.加入少许清水,搅拌均匀,调成碗汁。
    • 11.腌制好的肉片均匀的挂上一层面糊。
    • 12.展开,逐一下入五成热油锅中。
    • 13.炸至定型时捞出.
    • 14.温升至七八成热时,再次下入炸好的肉片促炸至金黄色外酥里嫩时捞出
    • 15.锅中放少许底油,放入蒜片爆香。
    • 16.爆香蒜片,加入炸好的肉片炒均
    • 17.放入葱姜丝、青红椒丝翻炒均匀。
    • 18.倒入调好的碗汁,快速翻炒,待每片肉都均匀沾满料汁即可出锅装盘。
    • 19.外酥里嫩,酸甜可口.
